Amit Dhulekar, a graduate of Pune University with a degree in Civil Engineering in 2004, furthered his academic pursuits by completing a Masters in Structural and Construction Engineering from Griffith University, Australia in 2006. Following his studies, he embarked on a distinguished career path with one of Pune’s top Real Estate Companies, where he honed his skills and expertise over a span of more than ten years. Commencing as a Junior Engineer, Amit Dhulekar’s dedication and proficiency led to his progression through various roles within the organization, culminating in his appointment as Deputy General Manager. Throughout his tenure, he demonstrated exemplary leadership and management prowess, overseeing all aspects of the real estate business with meticulous attention to detail and a focus on excellence.
Praful Aher

Praful Aher, a distinguished alumnus of Pune University, emerged as a Gold Medalist upon graduating as a Civil Engineer in 2004. His academic pursuit continued with a Post Graduate degree in Construction Management from NICMAR in 2006. Venturing into his family’s business after completing his education, Praful Aher brought with him a wealth of experience and expertise in waterproofing and construction services. With his adept leadership and profound knowledge in the field, he has overseen the successful execution of numerous projects across India.
